AROMI machines dispense genuine designer fragrances. Like all perfumes, these products contain ingredients that may cause skin sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals. By using an AROMI machine you agree to the terms set out below.
What our machines dispense
Each machine dispenses authentic, alcohol-based designer eau de parfum and eau de toilette products from established perfume houses. These are standard cosmetic fragrance products and are formulated to comply with applicable cosmetic safety regulations. They contain perfume oils, denatured alcohol and fragrance compounds.
Potential allergens
Fragrances naturally contain compounds that are known to cause skin or respiratory sensitivity in susceptible people. Depending on the selected scent, these may include but are not limited to: Limonene, Linalool, Citronellol, Geraniol, Citral, Eugenol, Coumarin, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Hydroxycitronellal, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Cinnamal, Farnesol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, and denatured ethanol (alcohol). Guidance for safe use
• If you have known fragrance allergies, asthma, eczema or sensitive skin, please exercise caution or avoid use.
• If unsure, spray onto clothing rather than directly onto skin.
• Avoid contact with eyes and broken or irritated skin. Keep away from children. Not for ingestion.
• Discontinue use immediately if any irritation, redness or discomfort occurs, and seek medical advice if a reaction persists.
Assumption of risk and liability
By using an AROMI fragrance machine and its products, you acknowledge and accept that:
• Fragrance products inherently carry a risk of allergic or sensitivity reactions that cannot be entirely eliminated.
• You use the machine and its fragrances voluntarily and at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to determine whether a fragrance is suitable for you before use.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, AROMI, its operators and the host venue accept no liability for any allergic reaction, skin irritation, respiratory response or other adverse effect arising from use of the fragrances.
• This notice applies to all users and forms part of the terms of use of the machine. Nothing in this notice is intended to limit any rights you may have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
