Every Aromi machine is fitted with an integrated alarm system. Any attempt to break into or move the machine triggers an immediate alert, notifying both you and our team. We can also remotely deactivate the alarm in the event of an accident.
How much fragrance does each spray dispense?
After extensive testing, we settled on 0.13ml per spray — the ideal amount for full coverage without waste. This amount also allows us to maintain a fair and profitable pricing structure for both Aromi and our venue partners.
Can the fragrance selection be updated?
Absolutely. Our team continuously analyses sales data from your venue and adjusts the fragrance selection to match what's performing best for your specific customer base. We can update scents remotely via our app at any time.
Who is responsible if the machine breaks down?
Aromi is fully liable for the machine and all of its components. We manage all servicing, repairs, and maintenance. For your venue, it truly is plug-and-play — no technical responsibility whatsoever.
Where is the best place to position the machine in my venue?
Based on our experience, restrooms and washroom areas perform exceptionally well, giving users a natural moment of privacy. High-footfall lobby areas and entranceways also generate strong results. Our team will advise on the best placement during the site assessment.
